If you’re considering a new laptop for your photo editing tasks, I’ve put together some thoughts on a few of the most likely models for Extremetech.com. Aside from the obvious choice of the Macbook Pro I’ve highlighted a variety of Windows options. One caveat is that my personal laptop (the Dell XPS 15) has apparently been made “worse” by Dell since I purchased it (new Wifi with issues, dropped the backlit keyboard), so if you’re a Dell fan, it might be best to wait for the upcoming Haswell-version of the XPS 15 to see if it fixes those issues and also extends the battery life.
