Grand Prismatic – A Late-Riser’s Dream: http://ping.fm/XGCXf For anyone not used to getting up early, landscape photography can be a real chore. Most sights are best photographed near sunrise and sunset. In June and July in particular those can be pretty far apart! So it was refreshing to finish our morning adventures yesterday in Yellowstone National Park with one of the wonders of the world which really looks its best in mid-day in mid-summer…

For anyone not used to getting up early, landscape photography can be a real chore. Most sights are best photographed near sunrise and sunset. In June and July in particular those can be pretty far apart! So it was refreshing to finish our morning adventures yesterday in Yellowstone National Park with one of the wonders of the world which really looks its best in mid-day in mid-summer…

Fathers’ Day: A Walk in the Park (Avenue)

Fathers’ Day: A Walk in the Park (Avenue): http://ping.fm/G6HOk A walk down Park Avenue in New York would be a lot of fun anytime, especially Fathers’ Day, but a walk down Park Avenue Canyon in Arches National Park was a great treat. Annie and I braved the 105 degree temps (but it was a dry heat:-)) to be amazed by the stunning vistas and tiny critters that make up the canyon….
